Join Patty for this POWER HOUR Body Double focused on Morning Routines!
FIRST 10-15 Minutes: Patty will share some strategies to explore in an effort to make morning routines a bit more ADHD-friendly. Then we will use the remaining time to Body Double while working together on a task focused on setting up or tweaking your morning routine. (ex: identifying steps to your morning routines, estimating time for each step, creating prompts to remember your plan, etc.)
